Switch it up with expert help from our certified trainer who can boost your workout through one-on-one sessions. In this tailored program, choose between cardio class, calisthenics class or weight training. Our certified trainer offers a 60-minute class priced at EUR 150 per hour.

Enjoy some friendly competition on the Resort’s floodlit tennis court. Matches can be watched and cheered on by family and friends from the picnic tables at the end of the court. Reservations can be made at the front desk.

Desroches Island is home to more than 150 Aldabra Tortoises that are looked after by the Island Conservation Society. Pay a visit to the Tortoise Sanctuary, meet these treasured island inhabitants and learn about the tortoise breeding program

Cycling is by far the best way to explore the vast expanse of Desroches Island with more than 14 kilometres (9 miles) of biking trails. Complimentary bicycles will be waiting for you at your villa upon arrival.

Make the most of the beach with our array of water sports, including paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkelling, fishing, diving and surfing. On Desroches, all sports are non-motorized in an effort to protect the marine life that enjoy the island alongside us.

Take your pick, snorkelling at Madame Zabre Beach, kayaking at Aquarium Beach, surfing at Bombay Beach or a complete island adventure on all 14 kilometres (9 miles) of powder–white sand beaches. All of our beaches come with a shower, washroom, water, towels, sun beds, water sports equipment and anything else you’d need for a day out in the Indian Ocean.

Head to the Castaway Centre and borrow snorkelling gear – complimentary for all resort guests – and start your underwater exploration.
