- Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations available for guest use
- Vegan and vegetarian menu items available
- Linens and towels replaced every third day, unless otherwise requested
- Energy sourced from renewable or carbon-free sources
- All guest rooms are implemented with plastic-free mini bar items
- Innovative ice storage system makes ice at midnight and supplies cold air to our Hotel as a byproduct
- Energy-saving guest room controls
- Motion sensor technology
- On-site wastewater treatment plant reclaims wastewater from our Hotel
- Water-efficient landscaping, including the use of water from our on-site rainwater harvesting system
- Elimination of single-use mini bar items
- Biodegradable packaging used for all takeaway options
- Single-use plastic water bottles replaced with Tetra Pak water bottles
- Plastic room access keycards replaced with wooden keycards
- Elimination of single-use toiletries in alignment with the Resource Recycling Act. Refillable shampoo, conditioner and body lotion bottles in all guest rooms, and other toiletries available for purchase, including aluminum packaged toothpaste and shaving cream – a first for South Korean hotels.

- Guests can engage in educational tours at local, natural, cultural, historical or heritage sites to learn more about the local community, including exploring the exclusive Korea Furniture Museum with an expert guide and experiencing history in our lobby by walking along a carefully preserved 600-year-old pathway that originally led to the nearby Gyeongbok Palace
- Local artists and artisans featured throughout our Hotel, including over 100 specially commissioned works by talented Korean painters and sculptors
- Employees complete annual Human Trafficking Awareness training
- Employees volunteer in the local community and support local charitable initiatives, including participating in blood donation drives, preparing and serving food in homeless shelters, donating food to elderly home and orphanages, and making pots and candles for sale, with the proceeds going to Jongno-gu Welfare Center
- Employees are participating in the “Pink Run,” an initiative to raise awareness about breast cancer
- Eco-certified cleaning products used
- The retail boutique in The Spa features products from Korea-based creators
