This summer, sip two cocktails inspired by the native white dandelion, crafted with makgeolli and homemade gin at OUL. The Talitha is a makgeolli-based cocktail enhanced with Talitha Koum white dandelion cordial, while the Koum is a vegan cocktail that features peach-infused gin, yuzu and vegan foam.
