Ski Concierge Highlights
- Equipment Transportation
Our Ski Concierge team takes charge of your skis and snowboards from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, transporting it from the Resort to the base of Blackcomb Mountain and back again, so you never have to think about it. We highly recommend guests to use our enhanced shuttle service to Whistler and Blackcomb mountains, available throughout the day.
- Complimentary Ski Concierge Treats
Complimentary coffee and treats are available from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, as well as hot chocolate and cookies from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
- NEW WHISTLER BASE
For your convenience, we have added a ski concierge tent on Whistler base from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm. The tent is available for ski and snowboard drops after skiing.
FAQs
We are not a ski-in/ski-out resort; however, the base of Blackcomb Mountain is just a five-minute walk or a complimentary shuttle ride from the Resort.
We do not have a ski concierge at the base of Whistler Mountain. When arranging ski lessons, we recommend booking them at Blackcomb Mountain (this is also our preferred location when booking the lessons for you).
If you choose to ski Whistler Mountain, your skis, poles, boots and snowboards can be stored overnight at Guest Services. You can collect your equipment there in the morning, then hop on our complimentary shuttle. Our shuttle will drop you at Sundial Hotel. The Whistler Mountain base is a five-minute walk from the shuttle stop.
Please inform the Ski Concierge if you need your equipment to be brought back to the Resort.
If you have your own equipment:
Take our shuttle (or walk over) to Ski Concierge when you’re ready to start your day on the mountain (feel free to wear regular boots). Your skis, poles, boots and snowboards will be waiting for you at the Ski Concierge building which is located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. The team will assist you with your shoe storage and equipment, then get you ready for the mountain.
At the end of the ski day, you will be able to drop the skis at the red tent in front of the Blackcomb gondola or at the Ski Concierge building (and collect your normal shoes back!).
Note: There is overnight boot drying at Ski Concierge.
If you need to rent equipment:
If you do not have personal equipment and wish to rent, you will get fitted at the Mountain Product Store located at the ground level of the Resort. Your equipment will then be sent to our Ski Concierge building if you are planning on skiing Blackcomb Mountain. We recommend getting fitted the day before you plan to ski as it might take up to two hours to get your equipment.
Rented equipment can be returned to the Ski Concierge building at the end of the rental.
Our shuttle stops at Sundial Hotel as well. You can drop your children off and then take the shuttle back to Ski Concierge, where your equipment will be waiting for you.
Kindly share your preferences with the Ski Concierge team. Upon departure, your equipment can either be delivered to your guest room for packing purposes or can be kept at the Guest Services storage area at the Resort entrance.
Please visit the Mountain Product Store at the ground level of the Resort to extend your rentals. The mountain store is open daily from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm. Opening hours are subject to change (please check with concierge team).
