Reopening on November 28, The Library by The Macallan is an intimate space where taste and sophistication converge. With an open fireplace, elegant cocktail seating, a bespoke bar and an exceptional collection of The Macallan’s finest, The Library offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect setting to savour the world’s most luxurious single malt scotch whisky. As the holiday season unfolds, participate in our 12 Days of Festive countdown. Our series of complimentary events includes a tree lighting ceremony, Christmas card making, marshmallow-snowman crafting, children’s stories by the fire and a visit from Santa Claus. Every day brings a new surprise, adding to the anticipation and joy of the holiday season.
- Canadian Sunrise Breakfast
Celebrate the essence of Canadian cuisine with the Canadian Sunrise Breakfast, featuring national favourites such as candied salmon, a selection of poutine and maple bacon to give you a taste of the Great White North. Available exclusively during festive season.

Dining experiences reach new heights this season at SIDECUT Steakhouse. Executive Chef Sajish Kumar Das presents a multisensory tasting menu that showcases rare A5 olive-fed Wagyu, a delicacy exclusively available in Canada at SIDECUT. Every dish is crafted to engage all of the senses and leave a lasting impression on even the most discerning palates.
- Wonder Meets Wellness
Following a redesign of The Spa, we introduce our collaboration with Sḵwálwen Botanicals. Sḵwálwen is an indigenous skincare line that honours Sk̲wx̲wú7mesh (Squamish) plant knowledge and ancestral First Nations traditions. Using sustainably harvested and sourced organic plants to balance, renew, repair, strengthen, hydrate and protect the skin, founder Leigh Joseph tailors her services through conscious techniques.
Tree lighting ceremony | December 1, 5:30 pm
Join us for an evening of festive cheer with friends and family, surrounded by the snow-capped mountains, as we light our tree and welcome the season. The courtyard takes centre stage as the countdown begins with the addition of festive bites and drinks, as well as a local choir to ring in the occasion.

- Expedition North Pole

- Snowshoeing
