Overview

Legends speak of a long-lost trail that leads to a secret valley. Join a twilight expedition to explore its mysterious beauty. Vallea Lumina is a 1.5-kilometre (0.9-mile) pathway through an old growth forest that takes visitors of all ages on an hour-long night walk in pursuit of hidden wonders.

Things To Know

: Children 4 years old and under are complimentary.
Strollers are not permitted on the course due to the stairs.
The trail is 1.5 kilometres (0.9 miles) of mostly level and flat terrain and includes a section of steps. Guests must be comfortable walking the length of the course.
In the winter, sections of the trail may become slippery and icy, so appropriate footwear is recommended.
Benches are available at various locations during the tour so guests can sit and rest.

Round-trip shuttle transportation from Whistler Village can be arranged at an additional cost of CAD 12 plus tax per person.
Parking for guests who are self-driving is an additional cost of CAD 20 plus tax.
Vallea Lumina is located at The Adventure Group's Cougar Mountain basecamp, a 15-minute drive from our Resort.
