Overview

A trained pilot will drive a real bobsleigh on wheels as you and your team race through 10 twists and turns at speeds of over 100 kilometres (62 miles) an hour and feel the acceleration of up to 4G forces. The Whistler Sliding Centre is the only place in Canada where the public can try bobsleighing and sliding like an Olympian.

Things To Know

: Maximum of two children per one adult.
Guests must be 12 years or older to participate.
Guests 12 and 13 years old must slide together with an accompanying adult with a 1:1 ratio.
Guests must be between 38 kilograms (85 pounds) and 129 kilograms (285 pounds).
Guests must be between 137 cm (4 feet, 6 inches) and 196 cm (6 feet, 5 inches).
This activity is not recommended for pregnant guests or guests suffering from a heart condition or any chronic, recent or severe head, neck or back injuries or osteoporosis. This is due to the pressure (g-forces) put on the body during the ride which may aggravate these conditions, or in the case of osteoporosis cause compression fractures. The potential risks include, but are not limited to: motion sickness, bumps, bruises, abrasions, head, neck and back injuries, sprains and broken bones.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked activity time and no-shows are subject to the full fee.
In the event a session is cancelled at the discretion of the Whistler Sliding Centre, participants can choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
