Afternoon
Arrive to the award-winning Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village and immediately feel immersed in the sincere and warm hospitality our iconic brand is known for.
Make yourself at home during a welcome reception complete with seasonal snacks, refreshing beverages and an introduction to the Center for Health & Wellbeing’s accredited experts.
Evening
Following the introduction, leisurely move to the Feel Good Kitchen. This state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen provides a classroom like setting where guests will be lead through an Interactive Cooking Class with our Registered Dietitian. In this hands on class, learn kitchen techniques that can easily be applied at home as you create savory dishes. Following the preparation of the meal, move to the Feel Good Room to enjoy a family style dinner.
Before retreating to your guestroom for the night, enjoy the after-hours spa experience, plus a spa treatment of their choice. The Hotel’s 40,000 square foot spa amenities will be made available to your group. Spa amenities include male and female facilities with steam rooms, saunas, indoor Jacuzzis and more.
Morning
After a blissful night’s rest, rise and shine with morning yoga and meditation on the hotel’s sprawling Pagoda Lawn while you listen to the calming sounds of nature. Allow this restorative mediation to uplift your group into a meaningful and inspiring new day.
For a power packed breakfast, return to the Feel Good Kitchen for a Demo + Dine session with a Registered Dietitian. In the session, our accredited expert will provide tips and tricks for approaching morning meals.
Step into your group’s general sessions and breakouts feeling energized to explore the topics your group wishes to unpack. Our team of experts can provide you with resources of thought leaders who can bring dynamic conversation to your group.
Afternoon
The afternoon will be set aside for a seasonal lunch and wellness electives of your group’s choice. Attendees can choose from a variety of one-one-one consultations, fitness classes or for those that wish to soak up the vitamin D, enjoy our tranquility pool.
Evening
Take a relaxing stroll through the Hotel’s lush gardens to the Activity Lawn for a “Taste of LA” dinner. Served under the cool Southern California stars, this buffet style setup offers a wide-variety of cuisines, reflective of the cultures found in and around the City of Angeles.
Retreat to your coastal-California inspired accommodations for the evening and drift into a restorative sleep.
Morning
Welcome the day with morning Tai Chi session on the Activity Lawn. This session blends mindfulness practice with movement and is a grounding way to begin a productive day.
Power up with a sweet and savory Feel Good Breakfast as you indulge in the health and wellness wisdom of an accredited Wellness Guest Speaker over your meal.
Enjoy the natural light and inviting meeting spaces for your group’s General Session + Breakout meetings.
Afternoon
Take a stroll to the Hotel’s Studio Sound Stage where the scene is set for an epic lunch team building competition. In the collaborative session, your group will work in designated teams to conceptualize and create a farmers’ market inspired lunch. Guided by the culinary expertise of the Center for Health & Wellbeing’s kitchen team, each team will present their finished product to the panel of judges where a winning team will then be announced. At the end of the competition a plated lunch will be served to the group to enjoy.
The afternoon will once again be set aside for a seasonal lunch and wellness electives of your group’s choice. Attendees can choose from a variety of one-on-one consultations, fitness classes or for those that wish to soak up the vitamin D, enjoy our tranquility pool.
Evening
Enjoy an evening reception followed by a dinner by Chef Jesus Medina on the Hotel’s breathtaking Waterfall Lawn. Take in the views of the Santa Monica Mountains and enjoy the gentle cool fresh air.

Begin your last day at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village feeling centered by a morning stretch and meditation class. This mind and body practice will have you reflecting on the meaning of the past days while you prepare for the final hours of your retreat.

Before you depart, your group will gather in the inviting Living Room at the Center for Health & Wellbeing for a closing circle. It is our hope that wherever your wellness journey takes you, you leave feeling equipped to integrate our teaching and practices into your days as you travel home.
