No joining fees. Memberships are processed by the Spa and are valid as of the joining date. A one-month interval is required before renewing the Wellness Pass. All membership discounts or privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount offers.
Booking Policy
- Any reservation changes or cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice will be fully charged.
- A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill.
- For non-resident guests, payment will be taken upon arrival at the Spa.
- For non-resident guest bookings, complimentary access to our spa facilities is offered to guests who book a 90-minute (or over) treatment. For 60-minute treatments, a chargeable spa facilities pass is required; please contact our spa reception team to book your spa facilities pass.
