At the Hotel, our staff will teach you how to make Sicilian-style sushi and sashimi using local ingredients. End your lesson by tasting your own creations paired with wine from Etna.

: The following penalties refer to non-group bookings (fewer than eight guests) and are valid for entire or partial itinerary cancellations:
In case of cancellation within 45 days prior to the tour date, no penalty will be applied.
In case of cancellation from 44 to 30 days prior to the tour date, 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
In case of cancellation from 30 to 15 days prior to the tour date, 70% of the tour cost will be charged.
In case of cancellation from 15 to 8 days prior to the tour date, 80% of the tour cost will be charged.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to the tour date, 100% of the full cost of the masterclass will be charged.
