The Hotel’s Chocolate Room provides space to split into teams and compete in a biscuit-baking competition, sample macaroons and discover the secrets of tempering chocolate.

    Immerse your group in the electric atmosphere of the world’s third-largest fish market. Our Executive Chef leads a hunt through the markets for the best catch of the day, teaching how to best choose the freshest seafood. After tastings at the market, our chef will guide them back to the Hotel to cook up and serve a seafood feast in front of your eyes.
