HOTEL STAYS WITH YOUR PET

Pet Policy and Terms & Conditions

  • Our Hotel is prepared to accommodate your pet in your guest room, provided your pet’s weight does not exceed 40 pounds (18 kilograms). Your pet must also be fully trained, vaccinated and appropriately restrained by you, and must comply with local legislation guidelines.
  • Your pet must be kept on a leash when outside of your guest room and while on site.
  • Please do not leave your pet unattended at any time.
  • Pets are not allowed in our restaurants, Pool, Spa or Fitness Centre. This exclusion does not apply for service animals as outlined in Section 209.150 of the State of Missouri Senate Bill No. 656.
  • You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on the Hotel property, or report any incident where assistance and additional disinfection is needed.
  • A cleaning fee will be applied to your final guest room bill in the case of damage, stains, etc.
  • Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. If your pet is left unattended, and the Hotel receives noise complaints from other guests, a fee may be applied to your final guest room bill.
  • Your room will be serviced only when you are present. Kindly contact the Hotel Operator to arrange a convenient time for service; please call Room Service when you would like your private bar replenished.
  • The Hotel provides recommendations for dog walking services with 24 hours’ notice. Please ask the Concierge about service details.
