Meet The Team

Gordon Ramsay

Chef
From humble beginnings in the United Kingdom to earning eight Michelin stars and becoming an international celebrity, famed Chef Gordon Ramsay has paved a culinary path all his own. The concept for Ramsay’s Kitchen was inspired by Chef Ramsay cooking in his own family kitchen during the months at home in 2020. He wanted to create a dining experience that marries the comfort of his favourite classics with the diverse flavours he has discovered around the world.

Kelley Schmidt

Executive Chef
Executive Chef Kelley Schmidt’s experience spans two decades with Four Seasons hotels and resorts, starting when he was in culinary school and first joined Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North as a cook, gaining hands-on knowledge that both ignited his passion for the industry and sparked his adventurous spirit. Growing up on the rolling plains of North Dakota, Chef Schmidt was inspired as a child by the lavish feasts his grandmother would cook for family celebrations and holidays.

“The way I relate to a new place or city is through food and regional influence, when I look back I remember the meals and the good times, this feeling is what I hope to bring to guests of Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis.”

Joseph Simonic

Chef de Cuisine
Hailing from The Hill neighbourhood in St. Louis, Chef Joe Simonic grew up surrounded by traditional Italian cooking. He easily transitioned from spending time in the kitchen with his grandmother to cooking at a local Italian restaurant as a teen, where his love for the cuisine continued to grow. Since joining the Four Seasons family in 2016, Chef Simonic has pushed the culinary envelope, creating exciting dishes tapping into a wide range of cuisines. His goal is always to inspire himself and others while referring to his Italian roots.

Tiffany Gilmore

Executive Pastry Chef
Tiffany Gilmore loves introducing guests to new flavours and designing desserts that are as pleasing to the eye as they are at first bite. Her philosophy is that pastry can be as creative as one is willing to make it. With a background in both ceramic art and floral design, she is always pushing the limits of imagination in the kitchen.

“It’s all about the wow factor, from striking patterns to repetition of design elements, to sizes and shapes scaled to impress, there are a myriad of elements that we can use in pastry.”
