Details - Culinary Traditions
Our chefs honour local cuisine with special dishes traditionally prepared in a Bedouin oven or on a rotisserie, such as baked loot-fish stingaree served with lemon coriander sauce, tahini salad and oriental rice. A whole lamb, grilled on a rotisserie, is cooked with Arabic condiments and choice of rice.
- Secluded Spaces
If you’re planning a smaller celebration, book a private dining room at Il Frantoio, our Italian restaurant, or one of two tents in Citadel Lounge, where guests can relax and take in the view of the Red Sea.
Details - Seaside Venues
Three function spaces offer fresh air and stunning vistas for banquets and receptions. The Royal Upper Lawn can seat up to 400 or host a reception for 700, while our Reef Lawn can accommodate a 200-guest banquet. Nafoura Courtyard is ideal for stand-up receptions of up to 225 attendees.
