Overview

Enjoy horseback riding in sand and water, even if it's your first time riding a horse. Whether you're a beginner, an advanced rider or somewhere in between, choose from a range of lessons to match your skill level. Beginners can learn how to groom and tack a horse along with basic riding positions at a walk or a trot; intermediate riders can refine their skills through cantering and jumping; and advanced riders can focus on specific disciplines, such as dressage and show jumping.

Things To Know

: Our children's riding lessons are typically suitable for children 4 to 12 years, but we may accommodate younger or older children on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire about specific age requirements.
: This experience is a 10-minute drive from our Resort.
Beginners will learn basic horse care; mounting and dismounting; basic riding positions; walking, trotting and halting; and horse safety and handling.
Intermediate riders can refine their riding posture, learn to canter and jump, learn effective communication with their horse and explore different riding styles.
Advanced riders can focus on specific disciplines such as dressage, show jumping or cross country; learn about horse care, nutrition and training; and prepare for horse shows and competitions.
