- Introduction to Meditation
- Wipe away stress and achieve inner peace. The emotional benefits of meditation can include gaining a new perspective on stressful situations, building skills to manage your stress, increasing self-awareness and focusing on the present.
- Pranayama
- This is a series of guided, controlled breathing techniques that help improve and balance the flow of prana (vital force energy). Uniting body and mind, it teaches an awareness of breath patterns and their control for increased energy and mental clarity.
- Ashtanga
- Fast, fluid and physically challenging, ashtanga is geared towards experienced individuals or those seeking a more vigorous practice. Our yogi will guide you through a series of asanas, synchronized breathing and body movement as you flow from pose to pose.
- Vinyasa Flow
- Vinyasa translated from Sanskrit means “connection.” Beginning with sun salutations, we explore connected postures and flow with original transition. The cardio aspect of this class will provide the opportunity to develop a sense of body awareness, balance and harmony.
