On-site Activities
- Culinary Connections
Your attendees can enjoy a hands-on learning experience while making a meal or relaxing with a cocktail and watching a demonstration. Our team can create personalized chef aprons and hats to be delivered as a room drop the night prior with a recipe booklet in anticipation of the next day’s event.
- Cultural Discoveries
Your group can experience and connect with three cultures that have shaped Arizona – Native American, Hispanic and cowboy heritage. Incorporate elements such as Native American drummers and ceremonial hoop dancers. Surprise your guests with an all-female mariachi band or a lively flamenco guitarist. End an evening under the stars with s’mores and a cowboy storyteller.
- Putts and Drives
Troon North Golf Club, just two miles away, offers two 18-hole courses that are rated amongst the top in Arizona. Transportation is easy. We can provide a complimentary shuttle from the Resort for individual play. For group tournaments, we can arrange a private mini-coach.
- Keeping Fit
From private fitness or group yoga classes at the spa to taking the resort’s hiking trail to the top of the adjacent Pinnacle Peak, opportunities for well-being abound. For the more adventurous fitness buffs, we can create exciting, fun-filled, customized mountain-biking, hiking and rock-climbing excursions.
Off-site Activities
- Desert Explorations
Your attendees can discover the desert flora, fauna and landscape either in an all-terrain vehicle or on horseback. Enhance the all-terrain excursion with stargazing and night-vision goggles or outfit your cowboys and cowgirls with custom hats and boots. The horseback-riding excursion also can include roping lessons, a Dutch oven cooking demo and tequila samplings.
- Up, Up and Away
Take your group on a thrilling hot-air balloon ride. We can arrange for a local barista to create a variety of fresh coffee beverages before the flight. Alternatively, add a local celebrity chef for a Champagne brunch afterward. Invite a professional photographer to join your flight to help you capture memorable images.
- Red Rocks
Plan a full-day adventure to the red rocks of Sedona. Enhance the experience by adding an Arizona historian as you travel. Groups can opt for a Jeep tour, a swim at Slide Rock, lunch by the creek and a shopping trip for local artwork.
