Chef Yudith brings more than a decade of Four Seasons experience to her role in Scottsdale, representing properties including her native Costa Rica, Washington, DC and Dallas. Known for her creativity in the pastry kitchen, she draws inspiration from her surroundings to create sweets that surprise and delight, including her signature cactus cakes adorned with prickly pear fruit.
