Overview

Journey through a magical landscape shaped and defined by extraordinary geologic forces, Native Americans, Spanish settlers, artists and adventurers. Stop in the village of Abiquiu before driving through the soaring cliffs of the "Valley of Shining Stone." See the mystical stone turrets of Plaza Blanca and glimpse Georgia O'Keeffe's beloved Cerro Pedernal before heading to Ghost Ranch, where the artist made her home for many years.

: All levels of experience are welcome.
Guests must be able to walk an easy- to moderate-level hike of at least 2 miles (3.2 kilometres).
: Additional time may be added for a flat fee of USD 100 per hour.
Price per person for additional participants is available upon request.
This experience is a 60-minute narrated drive from the Resort and includes stops at unique historical sites.
