• Many accessible guest rooms include hearing-impaired features, including combination fire alarm speaker/visual alarm in the room, and visual fire alarms in the bathrooms
• Visual and audio alarms connected to the building’s emergency alarm system
• Visual notification devices for incoming telephone calls and door knocks/bells on request
• Front doorbell equipped with a strobe light activation system adjacent to the bed for guests with hearing impairments. Additionally, a bell connected to the GRMS triggers flashing lights in the room.
