SEBASTIANO SPRIVERI
SENIOR EXECUTIVE CHEFA member of the Four Seasons team since 1995, Chef Sebastiano has worked in many different destinations – from London and Milan to Cairo, Istanbul and Sharm El Sheikh. Born in Sicily, he is a natural expert in Italian cuisine, but his talents span the globe as he creates international flavour sensations. Chef Sebastiano is excited to lead the kitchens at Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr, with the opportunity to guide brand-new restaurants and build the very best culinary team. As he says, “I aspire to leave our guests with special memories and let them know they’re part of our Four Seasons family.”

Executive Pastry ChefA native of Cannes, France, Executive Pastry Chef Gregory Chrismant most recently worked at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya and now he is thrilled to bring his expertise to Rabat. Chef Gregory was seemingly destined to join the world’s leading luxury hospitality company based on his stellar career in the hotel industry, including senior positions at a number of high-profile brands and Michelin-starred restaurants. But as he says, “The greatest lesson I got as a pâtissier didn’t come from the classroom. It was from my grandmother, who taught me the importance of putting love into what you are doing.”
