Using light equipment and the beach as your inspiring outdoor training area, put your muscles to work as you improve balance and endurance.

: Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult during this class.
This class is not suitable during pregnancy.
: Prices include 10% service charge and 16% VAT.
We recommend you arrive at least five minutes prior to the start time of the class.
: Appropriate workout attire
: 24-hours’ notice is required to cancel any spa service in order to avoid full charge.
