- Partner Chef Mauro Colagreco of Florie’s, our flagship restaurant, focuses on nature-driven cuisine rooted in using the freshest hand-picked ingredients and has been appointed Goodwill Ambassador for Biodiversity by UNESCO
- Local biodiversity support program includes employee-led beach cleaning activities and sea turtle rescue missions
- Donations made to organizations such as the Ocean Research & Conservation Association (ORCA), a nonprofit dedicated to protecting and restoring aquatic ecosystems and the species they sustain
- Guests can engage in educational tours at local, natural, cultural, historical or heritage sites to learn more about the local community through our Concierge, including private guided tours of the Loggerhead Marinelife Center and the Everglades
- Employees complete annual Human Trafficking Awareness training
- Employees volunteer in the local community and support charitable initiatives, including participation in the Race for the Cure, various charity walks and the Chef for a Day program at Quantum House
- Fort, our Resort’s official therapy dog, and a local community member visits organizations from schools to supportive homes to provide people with affection and compassion
