Guests must be at least 16 years of age or older
Facial treatment is not available for guests during their pregnancy
We recommend that you check-in at spa reception at least 30 minutes before your appointment time, to enjoy our steam room and Ofuro (Japanese hot bath) facilities
Please note that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled treatment time
