This activity lets them dress in traditional summer attire and embrace the season’s beauty. We recommend a stroll through the serene Imperial Palace Garden, where the lush surroundings create a calming atmosphere, or an indoor Japanese-style afternoon tea experience featuring seasonal fruits and stunning views of Tokyo’s vibrant cityscape. Family and Kids at Four SeasonsChildren’s safety is paramount at our Hotel, so families with infants and toddlers can breathe easy. Upon request, our housekeeping team can equip your guest room with safety amenities such as a bed rail guard and bottle sterilizer. A baby crib, extra bed or a sofa bed may also be arranged upon request at no extra charge. In addition, children ages 18 and under can stay at no extra charge in an adult’s room. Connecting rooms are available for multigenerational families or two families.

Kids AmenitiesWe offer complimentary amenities from Mama & Kids for children ages 0 to 4. For infants under 12 months old, you may request items such as a baby bathtub, blanket and high chair. For your child’s comfort, pyjamas are available in three sizes and bathrobes in two sizes.

Connecting RoomsA perfect choice for multigenerational families, two families or groups travelling together to go back and forth between two or more rooms without using the hallway. Our connecting rooms are available for the Superior Room – City View, Superior Room – Imperial Garden View, Premier Studio, Panoramic Suite or Imperial Suite categories, and offer more comfort by adding extra space, privacy and convenience.

Ages 3–12Make a Splash: Private Swimming Lessons
Our qualified swim instructors will guide our young in-house guests on how to move safely and confidently in the water. These personalized sessions are designed around each child’s ability and focus area, including floating, stroke techniques and endurance. Only one child per instructor. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.

Special Check-In for KidsUpon arrival, we welcome young guests with a special check-in where they receive a Kids Passport, as well as colouring activities and puzzles to keep them entertained throughout their stay. In your guest room or suite, delicious treats await, served with our Hotel’s compliments.
Kids PassportOur youngest guests at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi are invited to participate in the Kids Passport Program. The fun begins at check-in with a photo and stamp scavenger hunt throughout the Hotel. Return a completed Passport to the Front Desk to claim the ultimate prize.
Pyjama (or Yukata) PartyDressing in sync makes family experiences even more fun, whether for movie night or breakfast in your room. During your stay, both parents and kids will receive Four Seasons pyjamas. We also have yukata for kids (the casual version of Japanese kimono, typically worn for summer festivals). Not only are these signature garments wonderfully comfortable but they’re also Instagrammable.
A Tent Full of MagicGuests ages 3 to 5 will receive a tent and an array of toys. Let them camp out in style and watch as they create a fantasyland of their own, filled with characters and stories from their imaginations. Here is playtime at its best - a way to keep busy while also nurturing creativity. Advance request is recommended due to limited availability. Exclusively for suite bookings (not available in Premier Studios or Executive Suites).
The PoolChildren have complimentary access to our swimming pool when they’re accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Children under age 4 must wear swimming diapers.
