Inspired by a white Christmas, this 10-layer cake features a Christmas tree adorned with falling snow, with the bottom decorated in powdery snow. Its rich aroma and refreshing flavour of Yamagata Prefecture’s signature La France pears, caramel and hazelnuts. The La France pear jelly is complemented by a hint of bergamot for a light aftertaste.
