Chef Audrey Elder in black Four Seasons chef jacket

Audrey Elder

Executive Pastry Chef
Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Elder believes that the best desserts are crafted through teamwork. Her culinary journey began with an internship at NOMA in Copenhagen, paving the way for her experience in Michelin-starred restaurants before joining Four Seasons Resort Oahu. Elder’s commitment to excellence ensures that every dessert crafted reflects both innovation and the collective talent of her team

“For me, desserts have always been linked to happiness, which led me to become a pastry chef. I love creating moments that bring people together – whether through the nostalgia of a freshly baked chocolate cookie, creating wedding cakes, desserts for a birthday party or the excitement of trying something new and unconventional, like a toasted rice ice cream sundae.”

The locality of our food sources is extremely important to us, and so is cultivating relationships with nearby farmers. Food needs to be true to itself and relevant to where it comes from.
