Guests are responsible for any overages after meal credits are applied.
Helicopter transfer is subject to weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, luxury ground transportation will be provided, and a refund will be provided for the cost difference.

: Cancellations received within 12 hours from the time of booking will be refundable with a 5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received after 12 hours from the time of booking but with a minimum of 7 days' notice will be refundable with a 7% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within four days (96 hours) of scheduled tour will be 50% refundable.
Cancellations received within three days (72 hours) of scheduled tour will be non-refundable.
