Pet Policy
- Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans can accommodate your cat or dog in your room, provided your pet weighs under 25 pounds (11.5 kgs) and is fully trained, vaccinated, appropriately restrained by you and complies with local legislation requirements.
- Your pet must be kept on a leash while on property unless in your room.
- Caring for your pet is your responsibility; please do not leave your pet unattended. If you require pet-sitting service or pet supplies, please contact the Concierge.
- Pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, Fitness Centre and pool areas of the property. This exclusion does not apply to service animals.
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on property and in the neighbourhood.
- Cleaning litter boxes is not a part of our service.
- Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
- Please contact Housekeeping to arrange a convenient time for servicing your room. Unless the pet owner is present, no attempt to enter your room will be made by our team. The pet owner must be in the room if the pet is present when the room is cleaned.
