Things To Know
Must be able to swim to participate.
Must be 8 years or older to participate.
Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
The experience is a five-minute walk from the Hotel.
Non-participants (friends and family) must observe from the exhibit public space. The best viewing area is at the Great Maya Reef Tunnel. They will be able to see you approximately 30 minutes after your adventure begins.
The experience can be moved to another day or swapped for another Audubon Wild Encounter with 72 hours' notice.

If you fail to show or reschedule within 72 hours of your scheduled experience, you will forfeit the entire price of your Wild Encounter. If your party arrives more than 15 minutes after the scheduled program time, your Mayan Snorkel Adventure will be cancelled and considered non-refundable. Payments will be processed as a donation to Audubon Nature Institute.
