Wooden keycards used in place of plastic keycards

Organic food waste diverted from landfill and donated to local farmers for use as animal feed and compost
: On-site herb garden supplies fresh ingredients to our restaurants
Partnership with the Department of Agriculture, local farmers and fishermen to source local products when available
