Resort Activities

  • Kite making is a time-honoured tradition in the Nevisian community and our kite making experience takes families from the craft room out to the skies. Kids and kids at heart can learn to build their kites using wood for the framework, colourful plastic for the design and string to hold everything together – creativity is essential.

    Those with or without golf experience will want to take a swing at Eco-Bio Golf, where the balls turn into fish food within 72 hours of hitting the ocean floor. Try a beachside competition while feeding the local ecosystem from a mini beach driving range.

Island Activities

    Conquer the iconic 3,232 ft. Nevis Peak at the heart of the island or choose from a variety of other hiking excursions, from waterfall hikes to the Golden Rock Nature Trail, Saddle Hill or Butler’s Source.

    Take an Island Taxi Tour and discover the rich and interesting history of Nevis, an island filled with firsts: home to the first hotel in the Caribbean and the first integrated Church, as well as the birthplace of U.S. Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, who was born in Charlestown in 1755.

    In collaboration with the Nevis Tourism Authority and the Agriculture Department, the Around the Garden Tour takes you around a five-acre (two hectare) fruit farm in fertile Cades Bay. Your tour guide will teach you about the various fruits and plants’ medicinal usages and many other important health benefits. Pick sun-ripened fruit right from the tree and savour the natural juices then sample a selection of smoothies made freshly at the garden.
