Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Dinners | December 24 & 25, 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm Enjoy Caribbean classics, traditional holiday favourites, and an à la carte menu at EsQuilina, Mango and On the Dune. The à la carte menu and holiday specials are USD 85.

Cake and Cookie Decorating | December 28 & January 1, 1:00 pm Join our cake decorating session at EsQuilina or On the Dune and design a cake and cupcake. The kids can decorate three sugar cookies each at our cookie decorating class. USD 120 per person.

Menorah Lighting Ceremony | December 30, 5:30 pm Celebrate Hanukkah with Chabad of St. Maarten. Join us in the lobby for a complimentary evening with Rabbi Moishe Chanowitz at our menorah lighting ceremony.

The Spa is a Caribbean sanctuary nestled in a garden with private Nevisian treatment rooms. Enjoy plunge pools, a salon, a product shop, steam rooms and a relaxation lounge. Select treatments are available for children ages 12 and over with a parent or guardian present.
