Francesco Greco
Executive ChefA native of Milan, Italy, Chef Francesco Greco has inherited the city’s world-renowned creativity and applied it to the art of cooking in Paris, Shanghai, Singapore, New York, Hong Kong, Jakarta, London, Amman and now in Nashville, Tennessee. He joins Four Seasons Hotel Nashville from Four Seasons Hotel Amman where he served as executive chef for three years. Chef Francesco’s culinary experience around the globe has allowed him to hone his craft and develop a specialization of authentic international cuisines with classic and modern techniques.

Pastry ChefThroughout his impressive career, Chef Hector Llompart has worked alongside world-renowned chefs and in luxury hotels and restaurants. Chef Hector’s extensive pastry skills span from plated desserts to elaborate chocolate displays, and he is known for infusing the traditional tropical flavours of his homeland of Puerto Rico into his desserts.
