Reducing stress for the mind and body are proven contributors to improving your health. Our objective at Spa Talisa is to provide a peaceful environment in which we may guide you through these practices. We ask that all guests respect others’ right to privacy and tranquillity during your visit by helping to maintain a calm space and leaving all mobile devices at home or on silent in your locker. Use of photography in spa facilities will not be allowed.
ARRIVAL
Guests must reserve the minimum of a 50-minute spa treatment to gain access to the Spa Gardens and Facilities. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you may receive an orientation to our beautiful facilities and relaxation lounges. A robe, slippers and locker for personal items will be provided. Please remove any jewellery or valuables prior to your visit. All of our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure that your comfort and privacy are maintained. Undergarments may be worn during treatments and swim suits are required in all outdoor Spa Gardens.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
We recommend that all services be reserved in advance for best flexibility, and a credit card or room confirmation number will be required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled treatment time and no-show appointments will be billed at the full-service amount. We understand that life is unpredictable and will do everything we can to accommodate any changes in your schedule with proper notice. If you are feeling ill for any reason, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible for the safety of yourself, other guests and our team.
MEDICAL AND AGE RESTRICTIONS
Kindly inform us of any medical needs that may require additional attention, as some treatments may not be recommended. If you are unsure, please ask. Individuals aged 12 and above may receive spa services with the signed consent of a parent or guardian. For anyone under the age of 18, we highly encourage guests to accompany their children when receiving treatments and utilizing facilities.
