GUERLAIN MASSAGES
Guerlain massages are offered by our experienced massage therapists, all certified. Massages performed by our therapists will be marked with an asterisk in our price list. They may be therapeutic depending on your expectations. An insurance receipt can be provided at the end of your massage. Relaxation massages can be performed by one of our beauticians. They are not for therapeutic purposes, but will bring you rest and relaxation. The proposed pressure will be light. An insurance receipt cannot be issued by our beauticians.
ARRIVAL TIME
To facilitate your schedule management, the durations indicated correspond to your treatment time at Guerlain Spa. In order to take full advantage of your experience, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.
CLOTHING
If you are a guest of our Hotel, for your comfort, we suggest that you arrive in a bathrobe. Spa facilities do not require bathing suits.
MEDICAL NEEDS
Please let us know of any special or medical needs that may require additional attention. If you are pregnant or have specific medical conditions, certain treatments are not recommended. If you are unsure, please ask.
A TRANQUIL SETTING
Guerlain Spa is a space for unwinding and relaxation. We would be grateful if you could turn off your mobile phone in order to fully enjoy your experience and respect the tranquillity of other guests. To respect the privacy of others, no photography, video or other social media recordings are permitted inside our spa facilities without prior authorization.
AGE POLICY
Minimum age for spa treatments is 12. A parental signature is required for children ages 12 to 17.
BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND LATENESS
Appointments will be confirmed with a credit card or room number. We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations, changes or missed appointments will be charged 100% of your service when minimum notification times are not met. In the event that we are obliged to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be compensated for the treatment billed. In case of a late arrival, we will not fail to offer you the same service if our schedule allows us. Alternatively, in the opposite case, we will shorten your treatment time accordingly.
