- Sustainable gardening methods reduce the need for irrigation and fertilizers in landscaping activities
- Guests can engage in educational tours at local, natural, cultural, historical or heritage sites to learn more about the local community through our Concierge, including having an authentic ancestral culinary experience in Xochimilco, exploring Parque Quetzalcoatl and discovering the Teotihuacan pyramids
- Local artists and artisans featured throughout our Hotel, including works by Mexican folk artists
- Excess food donated to a local orphanage
- Linen, furniture and equipment donated to the local community through the RLH Al Rescate program
- Employees complete annual Human Trafficking Awareness training
- Employees volunteer in the local community and support charitable initiatives, including Sancus Foundation and Amanc Foundation
- Guests have the option to donate to a local nonprofit, Crescendo con la Música, for each night spent at our Hotel
