Please give at least 24 hours between your dive and going up the summit of Haleakalā due to compression sickness issues.
This tour is operated on rough, winding roads. It is not recommended for pregnant guests or those with back or motion problems.
Weather at the summit can vary widely, and inclement weather can impact or limit sunrise views. Every sunrise atop Haleakalā is a unique, one-of-a kind-experience.
Temperatures at the summit of Haleakalā routinely range from 30 to 50°F.
Recommended guests dress in warm layers and wear pants, a jacket or sweatshirt, socks and closed-toe shoes to ensure enough warmth while viewing the sunrise.
We suggest bringing a reusable water bottle, sunglasses and your camera.
