Chef Kobayashi, globally renowned for his extraordinary artistry at Kobe, Japan’s popular Sushi Toshi restaurant, brings over two decades of experience to craft an unforgettable dining experience. His knowledge of omakase takes you on a culinary adventure, blending seasonal ingredients and expert technique to tell a multisensory story that unfolds with every bite. With dishes from sushi and sashimi to grilled and steamed creations, immerse yourself in this interactive gastronomic experience, crafted with precision and flair.
Chef Kobayashi will be in residence five days a week from December 28, 2024, to January 25, 2025, with just two seatings of 16 guests per night. Days may vary each week.
