An Island-Inspired Culinary Celebration
Italian chef Nino Di Costanzo brings his ingenious Italian style and Michelin-distinguished flair to a new culinary collaboration at Blu Beach Club. Creatively fusing the culinary traditions of the Mediterranean and the Maldives, this new partnership is a sensorial celebration of ethically sourced ingredients and vibrant cross-cultural exchange – a surprising interaction designed to evoke memories, stir emotions, and deepen shared connections to soil, sea and surroundings.
Chef Di Costanzo will share his skills and expertise with the culinary team at Blu Beach Club; members will also travel regularly to his two-Michelin-starred restaurant Daní Maison on the island of Ischia to immerse themselves in Italy’s culinary heritage.
Savour Chef Di Costanzo’s gastronomy during his week-long residency at Blu Beach Club from November 11 to 17, 2024 and February 13 to 19, 2025. Blu Beach Club’s chefs will serve his curated menu year round to just two tables of four every evening.

Ever since I was young, I’ve lived in places where a passion for cooking was a part of life. My mother and grandmother have always been very careful in respecting and passing on the traditional gastronomic values of Campania, Italy, and it was my love for the flavours of my homeland that guided my studies and career.
