Overview

Experience what it means to be a marine biologist. Join our marine biologists for a morning of adventure and amazement. This activity includes helping the team feed sea turtle patients in our rehabilitation centre, exploring the creatures in the sea and building a coral frame to help restore the coral reef.

Things To Know

: Participants must be comfortable in the water.
Guests must be able to communicate in English. Special allowances can be made if language is spoken by Marine Discovery Centre's staff member.
This activity is for guests between 6 and 18 years old.
The ability requirements are non-negotiable.
: Prices are subject to a 16% goods and services tax.
This activity is hosted at the Marine Discovery Centre and at the sunrise beach.
Availability is subject to the team's weekly schedule. All bookings must be confirmed with Marine Discovery Centre team before confirmation is made.
: Flip-flops
Swimwear and a change of clothes
Sunscreen
Mask, snorkel and fins (all snorkel gear should be checked by the Recreation Centre beforehand)
: "Turtle Boost Juice" (refreshment of choice including milkshake, juice or coconut water) provided at the Sunset Lounge
Towels
English-speaking guide (special arrangements can be made if a required language is spoken by a Marine Discovery Centre staff member)
: All cancellations must be received before 6:00 pm on the previous day, or the full cost will be charged.
