Restaurant and Bar ManagerOriginally from France, having acquired great experience around the world – China among others – and with the best training in renowned schools, Camille manages her team of 16 with a sunny style to make sure “everyone is OK, learning and happy with us.” Her goal is to work with everyone to ensure that the cocktail bar, kitchen and overall service are as fun as possible. Creativity, passion and ingenuity are behind every detail in the experiences Camille offers both the team and guests.

Head BartenderOriginally from Madrid, our Head Bartender Miguel Pérez has extensive experience within the cocktail industry. Miguel always delivers the highest level of service with each of his cocktails. He is recognized as one of the best bartenders on the national scene and has led Isa to win prestigious awards such as Best Hotel Cocktail Bar by FIBAR 2022 and to be recognized in the Tales of the Cocktail list as a 2022 Spirited Awards Honoree in the category of Best New International Cocktail Bar in Europe.
Ignacio Vara
Head ChefHeading up the kitchen is Madrid-born Ignacio Vara, who has created a sublime fusion of Asian and Mediterranean cuisines. Throughout his career, Ignacio has been part of some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in the national scene, working with renowned chefs such as David Muñoz, Martín Berasategui and Dani García, among others. His enthusiasm for discovering the most remote corners of the world enables him to find new culinary techniques that are reflected in his unique and well-traveled cuisine. Undoubtedly, his passion and special care for the product make him the perfect complement for our restaurant.
