At Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, his namesake restaurant Dani provides a unique experience in an unrivalled rooftop location.

  • Vermouth Time Lapse

    Gather with family and friends over a glass of vermouth to open your appetites before a weekend lunch or in the late afternoon just before dinner. We serve it straight from the cask – in a custom-made traditional barrel from Jarez, the first of its type since the 1960s.
