Guests at Zest will enjoy the luxury of having fresh greens and herbs picked straight from Chef Fabio Quarta’s private garden, adding an unparalleled touch of freshness to each meticulously crafted dish.
The first course features a Salt Baked Beetroot Tartare paired with lemon ricotta, raspberry, beet gastrique and garnished with salmon ikura, creating a symphony of flavours and textures.
For dessert, indulge in Flamed Berries accompanied by velvety mascarpone cream and delicate Italian meringue, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and sophistication to conclude the meal.
