Overview

Begin a magical day lifting off over historic Hoover Dam and marvel at an extinct volcano as you soar through the vast Mojave Desert. Get your cameras ready for your descent into one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, the Grand Canyon. You'll touch down 3,500 feet (1,067 metres) below at a private landing area on Hualapai Indian Territory. There, fortify yourself with champagne, beverages and a light snack before reboarding for the next leg of your epic excursion. Landing at Grand Canyon West, check out Eagle Point, home to the glass-bottomed Skywalk suspended nearly 4,000 feet (1,219 metres) above the canyon floor. Add this to your tour if you dare, or just relax and enjoy the majestic vistas at Guano Point. Your return flight takes you over the breathtaking red rock formations, floating above the Las Vegas Strip and Allegiant Stadium as your memorable day draws to a close.

Things To Know

: Children 2 years or older will be required to purchase a seat. Children under 2 years old with proper identification can travel on an adult's lap.
The Skywalk is an optional activity on this adventure and can be purchased directly through Maverick Helicopters.
To protect the glass walkway and preserve the Grand Canyon, no personal items are permitted on the Skywalk, including cameras, cellphones, strollers, purses and backpacks.

Guests will be picked up on the front drive and shuttled to Maverick Helicopter.
The full length of the tour includes travel time to and from the Hotel. Time in the air is approximately 45 minutes each way and another 10 minutes to the canyon rim and back; the stopovers during the tour are approximately 30 minutes and 2.5 hours.
Guests will be able to purchase meals at the Skywalk. Food cannot be brought into the helicopter or to the Grand Canyon.
