Inspired by the imperial traditions of the Heian court, this treatment is centred around ingredients that have long been prized in Japan for their healing benefits. A handmade scrub of organic matcha, bamboo charcoal salt and camellia oil prepares the skin before a generous application of rice milk to stimulate cell turnover and a warm honey compress to ease stiffness. Then, soak in a sake bath to smoothen and purify your skin, followed by a hot stone massage to gently relax the body.
