- Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certified, the first and only hotel to in Kuwait to achieve Platinum certification
- Vegan and vegetarian menu items available, including Folia, an entirely plant-based menu inspired by the local flavours of the region, available at our restaurants Sintoho and Dai Forni
- Linens and towels replaced every third day, unless otherwise requested
- Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations available for guest use
- 2024 Mercedes Benz EQE 350 electric car available for airport pickups or hourly rentals
- Energy-saving guest room controls and building systems
- In-house water bottling station and production of certified drinkable water for guests

- The Hotel is located opposite Al Shaheed Park, the largest urban park in Kuwait and often considered the most significant green infrastructure project in the country to date
- Guests can engage in educational tours at local, natural, cultural, historical or heritage sites to learn more about the local community, including exploring culture at the Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Centre and Salam Palace, enjoying live concerts at the Opera House and embarking on a treasure hunt for beautiful silk carpets, intricate gold jewellery and Arabic antiques at Mubarakia souk
