Please arrive at The Spa at least 15 minutes prior to your session.
To ensure maximum productivity, we recommend finishing large meals at least two hours prior to your session.
All cancellations must be received 4 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid 100% penalty charges. Prices are subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax.
