Whether you are coming for an hour or an entire day, we want you to enjoy your Four Seasons Spa experience fully. Here are some tips to assist you:
Arrival
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your treatment time, so that you may change, enjoy our spa facilities and complete a health questionnaire. If you are arriving from your guest room, please feel free to wear your bathrobe.
Non-Resort guests are provided complimentary valet parking (subject to availability) for up to 3-hours for Spa treatments.
Spa Amenities
Our locker rooms are generous in size and include steam rooms, whirlpools, cold plunge and gender separate relaxation lounges. Our showers are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shave cream and invigorating eucalyptus spray to open your senses during a shower. Grooming areas are fully stocked with amenities such as disposable razors, Q-tips, deodorant, body lotion and hair spray.
Personal Comfort
We will issue a locker where you may store your clothes. We will also provide you with a luxurious robe and slippers to wear within the Spa. Undergarments may be worn during treatments if you prefer. Our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure complete comfort and privacy.
Valuables
Please do not bring valuables to the Spa. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Before leaving for the day, please check that you have not left any personal items behind in your locker or other areas in the spa.
Privacy and Quiet
With tranquility in mind, we require that cell phones and electronic devices be turned to silent mode and be used discreetly while at the Spa. To respect the privacy of others, no photographs, videos or other social media recordings are allowed inside our spa facilities.
Minimum age for Spa treatments
Spa treatments and heat experiences are carefully tailored for the adult form and environment; guests under the age of 12 are not permitted within the space at any time.
Alcohol & Beverages
Heat and high altitude will exacerbate the effect of alcohol. Impaired judgement and loss of consciousness can result. Because of this, we strongly discourage the consumption of alcohol before or during activities at the Spa.
Please note that cocktails, spirits, and bottle service are not available whilst enjoying the Spa or facilities at any time. Please refrain from bringing in outside food and beverage items.
Inclement Weather
Snow conditions, road closures and traffic may necessitate reservation cancellations. Guests should use their best judgement regarding safety and travel arrangements. Please be aware of weather and road conditions when making reservations and understand the 4-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require four 4-hours’ notice to cancel without incurring the 100% cancellation charge. Please contact our Spa Reception Team directly at least four 4-hours prior to your scheduled treatment time to modify or reschedule your appointment to avoid penalty.
