Signature Drinks
- Ménage à trois
Pushing the boundaries on what a cocktail is, this newest creation transforms a Brandy Alexander into a trio of experiences. First is a fog of Krigler’s Established Cognac 66 perfume, followed by made-to-order Brandy Alexander ice cream. Lastly, a cognac with an added nose of chocolate and the mouthfeel of cream creates a spirit-only version.
- Pimm’s Cup
Wimbledon would be proud of this elevated Pimm’s Cup. It starts with a unique Japanese kumquat gin, fresh fruit and local mango tea. This version develops a more robust flavour as it rests in the porthole vessel we serve it in. Once built, we leave the drink in your hands to pour at your desired strength.
- Flame of Love
A modern riff on the original, which was created in 1970 for Dean Martin by Chasen’s bartender Pepe Ruiz.
- Call Me Sambaldy
A classic tiki-style drink thrown on its head with a hint of unexpected Asian spice.
- Dulce Far Niente
A cocktail version of the famed Italian dessert, tiramisu (complete with mascarpone mousse).
- London Fog
A sophisticated woodsy cocktail paying tribute to Mother England.
- Ritual
This clarified cocktail takes heavenly inspiration from the classic El Diablo.
- Writer’s Block
A refreshing gin-based cooler designed to get the creative juices flowing.
- Atonement
Aa take on an Old Fashioned, with do-it-yourself finishing flavour elements to make up for past sins.
